Liz Green has over 23 years of experience as an occupational therapist (OT) across various clinical settings. She is passionate about empowering neurodivergent individuals to achieve self-directed goals that promote meaningful participation in work, school, and life.


Liz collaborates with employers and institutions to integrate Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles into workforce hiring and retention practices, benefiting all employees, including neurodivergent individuals. She has presented at regional and national conferences, including the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Occupational Therapy Association of Colorado (OTAC), and the College Autism Network (CAN).


Actively engaged in neurodiversity education in cybersecurity, Liz works with organizations such as the National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education (NICE) Community Coordinating Council, Sunshine Cybersecurity Conference, Women in Cybersecurity (WiCyS), Cybersecurity Skills Journal, CompTIA, SANS, and Cyber Guild. Her efforts help promote inclusive workplace strategies and strengthen pathways for neurodivergent professionals in the cybersecurity sector.

Clare Bertrand is the co-founder of Link, bringing two decades of experience in product development and platform-building to drive economic advancement for all. She focuses on growing Link’s impact with influential employers by implementing sustainable neuroinclusive workplace solutions.


Clare leverages strategic business development and operational excellence to scale Link Solutions. Previously, she co-founded a career navigation edtech platform and led national initiatives in workforce development and education aimed at persistence and retention in career pathways.


Clare holds an M.S.Ed. in Education Entrepreneurship from The Wharton School and the Graduate School of Education at the University of Pennsylvania and an M.Phil. in Gender and Women’s Studies from Trinity College Dublin. She also serves on the boards of two national nonprofits: Eskolta Research and Design and ConnectEd: The National Center for College and Career.

Dr. Robin Dickinson is a board-certified family physician with a profound passion for medical education. After a decade in private practice, she founded Dr. Robin's School to make science and medicine accessible to young learners globally. Her teaching has reached nearly 3,000 students—many from underserved communities—bridging early science education gaps and inspiring a more inclusive pipeline of future healthcare professionals.


Known for simplifying complex medical concepts, Dr. Robin makes learning engaging and relatable. She mentors aspiring pre-med students, advocates for inclusivity in medical careers, and frequently serves as a guest lecturer at medical schools, sharing her expertise with the next generation of physicians.


Now as Director of Medical Content at Link, Dr. Robin is combining her medical expertise, understanding of neurodiversity, and love of teaching to lead the development of inclusive, high-quality content for Neurohub Learning.

Veda Collmer is an occupational therapist and health law attorney with over 20 years in occupational therapy and 14 years in health law. She combines her expertise in healthcare, legal compliance, and therapeutic practice to support individuals and families.


Veda is the founder of Autism Services for Teens and Young Adults, an organization dedicated to helping autistic teens transition into adulthood. She provides valuable guidance to teens, young adults, and their families, ensuring they navigate this critical stage with confidence and support.

Anna Kovach earned her Master’s in Occupational Therapy from Sacred Heart University after completing an accelerated Bachelor’s in Biology with a minor in Psychology. She is passionate about fostering positivity and inclusivity in all spaces, having volunteered for inclusive programs from a young age.


Her experience spans school settings, early intervention, telehealth, and travel occupational therapy. She takes a strengths-based approach to her work and is committed to expanding advocacy opportunities in the neurodiverse space.


Outside of occupational therapy, Anna enjoys spending time with her dog, hiking, and exploring new hobbies.

Dr. Andra ("Andi") Stormer is an occupational therapist dedicated to helping individuals achieve health, well-being, and meaningful participation in life’s activities. She holds doctorate and master’s degrees in occupational therapy as well as a bachelor’s in psychology.


Andi has extensive clinical experience working with individuals recovering from motor vehicle accidents, traumatic brain injuries, neurological conditions, ADHD, and Autism. She specializes in personalized goal setting, motivation, and goal attainment to help clients reach their full potential.


A certified personal fitness trainer, Andi has worked in the health and wellness industry in coaching, training, sales, and management. Her post-professional doctorate at the Medical University of South Carolina focused on client-centered outcome measurement, online teaching, program development, and population health.


Passionate about working with the neurodivergent community, Andi takes a strength-based approach to advocacy and support. Outside of her work, she enjoys outdoor activities, traveling, and spending time with family, friends, and pets.

Dr. Erin McQuaid is an occupational therapist with 25 years of experience across diverse clinical settings. As a neurodivergent individual, she is passionate about fostering inclusion through universal design. She earned her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy and CAPS from Tufts University and an M.S. in Occupational Therapy from Boston University.


A certified executive coach and lifelong learner, Erin is currently pursuing a CAGS in Advanced Management and Entrepreneurship at Babson College. She has an extensive history of coaching individuals and consulting with institutions, serving as a subject matter expert for several startups in program and product design.


Erin is also a dedicated advocate, serving on the Board of Directors for Kipekee (meaning "Unique" in Swahili), a nonprofit initiative empowering autistic adults with resources and community support.

Dr. Lindsey Carter is an occupational therapist specializing in pediatric and adolescent mental health. She holds a bachelor’s degree in public health and both a master’s and doctorate degree in occupational therapy.


Lindsey is a Qualified Mental Health Professional for Children in Virginia and certified in the Safe and Sound Protocol. With over six years of experience, she is passionate about supporting students transitioning from high school to college and developing executive functioning skills using a trauma-informed, affirming approach.


Lindsey has presented at multiple state and national conferences, including the Virginia Occupational Therapy Association (VOTA) and the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA). She has also served as an adjunct instructor for the Virginia Commonwealth University Occupational Therapy Department.

Domi Boesch earned her undergraduate degree in Health Science with minors in Psychology and Disability Studies from Truman State University. She then completed her Master’s in Occupational Therapy at Colorado State University.


Domi has extensive experience in pediatric outpatient clinics, telehealth, early intervention, parent and family education, and pediatric home health, working with children and young adults from birth to 21 years old. She takes a strength-based approach and incorporates trauma-informed care and neurodiversity-affirming practices into her work.


Passionate about mental health and wellness, Domi is dedicated to helping her clients engage in the activities that are most meaningful to them and supporting their ability to live life to the fullest.


Fun Fact: Originally from Switzerland, Domi moved to the U.S. at a young age and is fluent in Swiss-German. She still frequently visits Switzerland to see family. Now based in Colorado, she enjoys snowboarding, camping, hiking with her dog, and traveling.

Diagnosed with Asperger’s at 54, Tim Goldstein is a global trainer for a major tech company, a Neurodiverse Communications Specialist, and a Roger Love method vocal coach. He trains all employees—neurotypical and neurodistinct—on how each functions and strategies to communicate effectively.


With deep experience in business and consulting, Tim helps companies recognize and overcome the challenges neurodistinct individuals face in the workplace. Using his Neuro Cloud™ concept, he explains the Spock-like logical approach common among many autistics.


Tim has lectured on his concepts at Cornell, Vanderbilt, and major companies, as well as coached privately. His book, Geeks Guide to Interviews: 15 Critical Items for the Technical Type, helps illuminate the challenges autistic individuals face when entering the workforce. Dr. Keivan Stassun is an astrophysicist whose research on stars and exoplanets has been published in 400+ academic journals. He holds two patents—for a data visualization platform and an asteroid mining system—both invented alongside a team of neurodiverse students.


As the parent of an autistic teenager, and with generous support from the Frist family, Dr. Stassun launched the Frist Center for Autism & Innovation at Vanderbilt in 2018. The center focuses on engineering technologies and transforming workplaces to support and celebrate neurodiversity.


His tireless efforts in advancing neurodiversity in STEM and workforce inclusion led to Link Consulting being named a Frist Center partner in 2022.

Dr. Dave Caudel is the Associate Director of the Frist Center for Autism and Innovation at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. Diagnosed with Asperger’s Syndrome in 2009, he is a dedicated autism self-advocate, having spoken at international forums including the United Nations.


His career journey spans a wide range of fields—including videographer, soldier in the U.S. Army, journalist, photojournalist, magazine editor, public affairs specialist, and various corporate roles in customer service and loss prevention. After deciding to "give college a try," he earned his Ph.D. in Physics from Vanderbilt University in 2017.


Dr. Caudel serves on advisory committees for the Center for Discovery, Innovation, and Development (CDID) at Children’s Specialized Hospital in New Jersey, the Vanderbilt University Diversity Council, and the All Access Inclusion Network. He is also a founding member of the Vanderbilt Autism and Neurodiversity Alliance.


His research explores gamma spectrometers for astrophysics and meaningful employment for neurodivergent adults, developing innovative ways to assess individual strengths and match them to business needs through specialized training programs.

Dr. Tim Vogus is nationally recognized for his research on reducing medical error and making healthcare delivery safer. At Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management, he teaches popular courses in leadership and negotiation.


Named one of the 50 most influential business professors by *Poets & Quants* and previously a Top 40 Business School Professor Under 40, Dr. Vogus has received numerous teaching awards, including the Excellence in Teaching Award from the Academy of Management and Vanderbilt’s James A. Webb Jr. Award.


His work explores how safety culture and mindful organizing can improve patient safety, reduce medical error, and support caregiver well-being. Previously, he taught at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.

Nicole Radziwill is an Advisor to CXOs scaling companies from $10M to $100M. She is a former Senior VP of Quality & Strategy at Ultranauts, a cognitively diverse services firm specializing in quality engineering, data science, and digital transformation.


Nicole brings 25 years of experience across software, telecom, aerospace, manufacturing, and food & beverage industries. She previously served as VP of Global Quality at Intelex and was a tenured Associate Professor at James Madison University.


She is an Academician with the International Academy of Quality, a Fellow of ASQ, and holds Six Sigma Black Belt and Manager of Quality certifications. Nicole has also served as an Examiner for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award and chaired the ASQ Software Division.


Nicole holds a PhD in Technology Management and Quality Systems, an MBA, and a BS in Meteorology. Her partnership with Link Consulting has helped shape the foundation for employer inclusion practices through Design for Neurodiversity.

Claudia Matteo, PsyM, PMP®️ served 25 years as an Expert Project/Program Manager in IBM Global Technology Services (GTS) and Cybersecurity Services, leading a wide variety of initiatives from client-facing delivery to internal automation of finance and operations (F&O), bid and proposal (B&P), and human resources (HR). Her passion is in supporting health as a TopKick After School Program and Taekwondo Instructor, NAMI Northern Virginia Support Group Facilitator/Lead Presenter/Committee Chair/Board Vice Chair, Peer Coach for 5 Bridges to Wellness and NoStigmas, and Mental Fitness Coach/Program Lead for Battle Sports Academy.


Claudia was inducted into the IBM Inclusive Design Guild Leadership Squad, Trusted Artificial Intelligence (AI) Center of Excellence, and Academy of Technology (AoT), a society of about 600 leading thinkers and problem solvers. David is a consulting and customer experience leader in the field of cybersecurity and technology services. He has extensive experience in customer advisory board management, leadership coaching and mentoring, and the development of CX strategy and programs. Beabout is also a champion for neurodiversity and has expertise in corporate strategy development and organizational design.


David's primary hobby is as an artistic blacksmith and he obtained certified blacksmith status in 2022. He also holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Labor Economics from the University of Akron. He is fluent in English and has social proficiency in Arabic. He holds multiple certifications in cybersecurity and customer experience.


In his current role as Leader for Public and Private Partnerships at NTT Inc., David acts as the cybersecurity liaison for NTT Inc. to the United States Government and multiple threat intelligence partnerships. He has also recently served as the global leader and P&L owner for the company’s cybersecurity consulting services, which included over 400 staff globally.


Prior to this role, Beabout held various positions at EY (Ernst & Young), Cloudera, and Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Security, and the United States Army. Throughout his career, he has focused on the growth of people through coaching and tailoring leadership development based on how each person is "wired between the ears." He is widely respected in the industry for his leadership skills and his dedication to his clients and teams. Dave is an incredible mentor to the Link Consulting team when identifying and executing our workforce and employer training strategies and offerings.

Arianna Schuler-Scott

Dr. Arianna Schuler Scott is the Senior Associate Director of Virginia Tech’s Integrated Security Education and Research Center, Pamplin College of Business. With academic training from the Centre for Doctoral Training in Cyber Security, University of Oxford, Arianna has led security work in government-funded innovation testbeds and written AI security strategy for a multi-national platform designed to create and test network applications.


Arianna serves as the Associate Director for Outreach for the Commonwealth Cyber Initiative and is an Expert Fellow for SPRITE+, keen to promote a realistic view of careers in technology (work/life balance, avoiding burnout and self-advocacy). She has led hackathons, conferences, workshops and the UK’s first cyber policy competition.


In 2025, Arianna served as Primary Investigator on a NIST-funded RAMPS cybersecurity education and workforce development grant with Liz Green as project co-director. Together, Arianna, Liz, and the Link team partnered with Virginia’s Vocational Rehabilitation Department, the Cyber Guild, and other key stakeholders to create cybersecurity mentoring, training, and employment opportunities for neurodistinct talent in Virginia.

Nathan Chung is a five-time award winner, recognized as a Top 50 Global Neurodiversity Evangelist and a D-30 Disability Impact Honoree. He serves as a board member for Ignite Worldwide, a nationally recognized, multi-award-winning nonprofit dedicated to achieving gender equity in STEM through education programs.


Nathan believes that neurodiversity and accessibility are the keys to increasing the presence of women in tech. He is also on a mission to make workplaces more accessible and inclusive for everyone. Nathan and Liz, Link's founder, have collaborated on multiple projects in the employer neurodiversity education space.


Nathan has also presented alongside Liz during a cybersecurity employer roundtable facilitated by Cyber Guild and Virginia Tech.
