A Platform for Writing Effective Cybersecurity Job Descriptions: Modernizing Talent Management in Virginia, Maryland and D.C. (MTM VMD).
MTM-VMD is a research project that will measure how focusing on business needs, adjusting organizational talent practices, and actively seeking to widen the candidate aperture will increase employer success in hiring cybersecurity roles.
Our role: Link partnered with the Virginia Tech project team and the Virginia Division of Aging and Related Services (DARS) to design and implement a Reverse Job Fair (RJF) held on-site at Virginia Tech in March 2025.
Other partners: Dana Winner, Inc., Cyber Jutsu, Astrolytes Cyber, Cyber Guild, National Cyber Watch Center.

NeuroPIPES (Neurodiversity Pipelines In bioPharmaceutical Employment through Supports)
This program aims to train 24 neurodivergent/autistic individuals to work as biomanufacturing technicians in the processing of large molecule drugs. Participants are identified via our partner, Rangam, and are then enrolled in PEERS for Careers, a professional social skills course at UCLA, before completing a two-week hands-on biomanufacturing training at NCTM. After completing these courses, participants will go on to interview with our industry partners, Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson.
Our role: Link Consulting and Rangam are training industry partners on neurodiversity-inclusive design.

An opportunity for Cyber Guild leaders and members to ‘pay it forward’ to the next generation of cybersecurity professionals while developing essential people management skills. Mentors share their knowledge, experiences, and insights, helping mentees navigate the challenges and opportunities within the cybersecurity field. They are trained and supported to create an active learning relationship where individuals of all races, genders, sexual orientations, ethnicities, disabilities, and other characteristics feel welcomed and valued.
Our role: Link Consulting will be providing mentors with training on how to be neurodiversity-inclusive.
